IMPRISONED

• While Protesting against the corruption in the Food Corporation Nepal in Baitadi in 2037 B.S. and was taken under custody for the first time for three days there.
• While agitating against the suspected Murder of People’s Leader Comrade Madam Kumar Bhandari, I was charged of breaking the Bridge a Bhashi, Kanchanpur whereas the arrest took place from the bus park along with five other comrades abd we were taken under custody for about fifteen days and the case was filed upon us under “Sarvijinika Aparadha Ain”.
• While PM Girija Pd Koirela was trying to plead that he has not done any treaty but just have made an agreement with his counter partner Indian PM P. V. Narsingha Rao and he came to Mahendranagar to have a mass meeting on that very day, I and a few more comrades has to face two cases on the same day with a warrant and two Cases were filed under Sarvijanaka Aparadha Ain upon a single person on the same day. Later on, Rs.57000/- was taken from each comrades along with me. Comrade Bhim Oli gave his land for deposit asked by the District Administration Office.
• During the people’s Agitation 2059-062 B.S., I was taken under custody for dozens of times as the Secretary of CPN (UML). From 2062-12-26 till 2063-01-07 including me nine of the others were imprisoned in the jail with a charge sheet of disturbing the sovereignty, integrity and public peace and keeping for ninety days in ‘Najarbanda’ (Captivity) was the order given by the state.

WOUNDED IDENTITY CARD

I was one of the wounded people during the Historical People’s Agitation. My Identity Card no is 1363(1573). Conduction the Council of the Local Government under the people’s agitation, the police had a tear gas firing and the Lathi charge upon the mass. I was chairing the meet. I had to stay there and the police brutally charged upon me. I had a head injury and I was unconscious. There were more than six stiches on my head. The blood as though a pump spilled out. The hospital recorded the incident and the government recognized me and provided me the Wounded ID Card.

THE MOBIUZER OF THE PEOPLE’S AGITATION

As the Secretary of CPN (UML) Kanchanpur, I got the opportunity to lead the whole People’s Agitation. The mobilization of all party movement was done under my ideological concepts. The new ways of agitation, the protests were designed by me in the joint meetings.
